HOW CAN I RETURN/ EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED ON WWW.THETIANA.IN?
To return or exchange an item purchased on www.thetiana.in it must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. The Tiana offers a 7 days returns policy, however this does not apply to certain items.
WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?
- Personalised items, customised items and items that have been made to order.
- Earrings, for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Items that have had their security tag removed.
- Items that have been worn or are not in the same condition as when they were shipped.
-Items purchased on sale can not be exchanged or returned.
WHERE DO I SEND THE ITEMS TO BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED?
Please be aware that the goods need to be sent back to The Tiana within 7 days of receiving the order and a credit note will be issued or a replacement of the product will be sent. Please make sure that you keep all of our packaging materials and return the goods in the same condition in which they were received.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I HAVE RECEIVED IS FAULTY?
Please inform us of all breakages within 48 hours of receiving the order on our customer service at 011-43580303 or mail us at email@example.com.
We advise customers to inspect their purchase before disposing of the original packaging. Faulty Items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items will be inspected and if deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear, will not be accepted as faulty.
